Data standard
We maintain documented controls for commercial use, permitted access and record stewardship.
- Record dates and quality signals retained where technically available.
- Commercial-use requirements reviewed before access is granted.
- Unlawfully obtained or prohibited data is rejected.
- Access restrictions carried into customer rules.
Verification standard
“Verified” describes a recorded verification event; it is not a promise that an address will remain deliverable forever. Product responses should include verification status, method or confidence, and last-checked date where available.
Permitted customers
Launch access is intended for legitimate recruitment technology: applicant tracking systems, staffing platforms, workforce marketplaces and talent-intelligence products. Every customer and use case is subject to review.
Prohibited uses
- Spam, harassment, stalking, phishing, fraud or unlawful surveillance.
- Decisions based on protected or sensitive characteristics.
- Credit, insurance, housing or other high-impact eligibility decisions.
- Unrestricted publication, raw-data resale or attempts to re-identify suppressed people.
- Any use that violates applicable law, platform terms or contractual restrictions.
Customer controls
- Purpose-bound credentials, scoped fields and role-based access.
- Contractual restrictions, retention limits and deletion obligations.
- Audit logging, rate limits and investigation of abnormal activity.
- Propagation of corrections, deletion and suppression to relevant downstream customers.
Individual controls
People can request a copy, correction, deletion or permanent suppression of their record. A do-not-sell/share request is treated as a suppression request for future customer delivery, subject to applicable exceptions.
Accuracy and complaints
Professional information changes frequently. We use refresh and correction processes, but do not guarantee that every field is complete or current. Report an inaccurate record or suspected misuse to privacy@prospectbharat.ai.
