Agreement and eligibility
By using this website or an evaluation environment, you agree to these terms. You must have authority to act for the business you represent. Production access begins only after ProspectBharat approves the use case and the parties agree commercial and data-protection terms.
Service scope
ProspectBharat may provide people-search APIs, scoped evaluation data, secure bulk delivery or managed synchronization for approved recruitment technology. Available fields, coverage, limits, support and refresh commitments are defined in the applicable written order.
Permitted use
- Use data only for the approved recruitment-technology purpose.
- Restrict access to authorized personnel and protect credentials.
- Apply retention, correction, deletion and suppression instructions.
- Comply with applicable law, customer contracts and access restrictions.
Prohibited use
- Spam, harassment, stalking, fraud, phishing or unlawful surveillance.
- Decisions based on sensitive or protected characteristics.
- Credit, insurance, housing or other high-impact eligibility decisions.
- Raw-data resale, unrestricted publication or creation of a competing data repository.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing limits or attempting unauthorized access.
- Uploading Aadhaar numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal data.
Customer data and responsibilities
You remain responsible for search instructions, job descriptions and other material you submit, including having authority to provide it. The customer controls its own application, hiring workflow, communications and decisions. ProspectBharat supplies the contracted infrastructure layer and may suspend suspected misuse while it investigates.
Privacy and individual rights
Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Collection & Responsible Use Policy. Customers must cooperate with verified access, correction, deletion, objection and suppression requests and must not attempt to re-identify or reintroduce a suppressed person.
Fees and evaluation
Pricing, taxes, volume limits, billing and renewal terms are stated in the applicable order. A demo or evaluation does not create a right to production access and may be limited by time, fields, volume and purpose.
Confidentiality and ownership
Each party must protect the other party’s non-public business and technical information. ProspectBharat and its licensors retain rights in the service, schemas, documentation and underlying technology. Customers retain rights in their application and authorized customer-submitted material. No ownership of personal information is transferred.
Availability and data quality
Professional information changes over time. Unless a written order says otherwise, evaluation services are provided as available and without a guarantee that every record is complete, current or deliverable. Verification status describes a recorded check and is not a permanent assurance.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for security risk, non-payment, prohibited use, legal requirement or material breach. When access ends, the customer must stop using and delete contracted data except where retention is legally required or expressly authorized.
Liability and governing terms
Any warranties, indemnities, liability limits, dispute process and governing law for production customers will be stated in the signed customer agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
